During a sound bath session, you can expect a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where you are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations.
Before the Session
You’ll be welcomed into a calming space, often dimly lit with soft lighting or candles.
You may be invited to set an intention for your session.
You’ll lie down on a yoga mat, blanket, or comfortable surface. Some people prefer to sit if that’s more comfortable.
During the Session
The practitioner (that’s me or another sound healer) will use instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, and drums to create a symphony of healing vibrations.
The sound waves will wash over you, helping to shift your brain into a meditative state.
You might feel deep relaxation, tingling sensations, emotional release, or even visions or insights—every experience is unique!
After the Session
The sounds will gradually soften, bringing you back to wakefulness.
You may be given a few moments to rest and integrate the experience.
Some people feel energized, while others feel peaceful or even emotional—all responses are normal.
Drinking water can support detoxification and help you smoothly transition into a restful state.
